Shipping policy

We ship all packages using either UPS or USPS. Processing can take up to three business days for standard orders, five business days for orders with custom engravings and ten business days for orders with custom sketches.

Any guarantees follow the guarantee policy of the carrier used for each order.

We do not accept returns on orders with custom engravings or custom sketches. We also do not accept returns on assembled or installed products, or used products.
